I started my career in IT back in the late 1990s, when getting a network to behave was more art than science. Over the following decades, I worked in corporate environments — supporting hundreds of users, managing infrastructure, and solving the kinds of complex technical problems that keep businesses running.
What I found, year after year, was that the people who needed help most weren't in corporate offices — they were at home. Retirees trying to video call their grandchildren. Small business owners drowning in software they didn't understand. Families whose home networks had become a tangled mess.
So I made a decision: take everything I learned in the corporate world and put it to work for the people who could really use it. Today, I come to you — no drop-off, no waiting, no confusing tickets. Just clear, patient, expert help, right where you need it.
